RUT951 random Wi-Fi disconnects / Wi-Fi network disappears

I have an issue with my Teltonika RUT951 router. The router randomly drops the Wi-Fi connection.

When it happens:

  • all devices disconnect from Wi-Fi,

  • the Wi-Fi network/SSID disappears and is not available,

  • it happens randomly, with no clear pattern.

Additional details:

  • I have a daily reboot scheduled at 06:00,

  • I run a continuous ping to the router IP: ping 192.168.2.1 -t, so I can see when I lose access,

  • sometimes I also see latency spikes to the router, for example:

  • What power supply unit is being used to power the device(s)?
  • How and where is the device mounted?
  • Have you tried resetting the device to see if that resolves the problem?
  • Have you noticed any pattern when the issue occurs, for example when a specific device connects to the access point?
  • Does the Wi-Fi connection recover after rebooting the device?

Additionally, could you please share the output of the logread command from the CLI around the time the Wi-Fi connection drops? Please ensure that no sensitive information, such as public IP addresses, is included.
