RUT951 POE+ Input/Output?

Just purchased a RUT951 POE+ (RUT951B10L00) for evaluation and wanted to clarify if this model has GPIO functionality?

The Wiki entry has this slightly vague statement about the web GUI page being “deprecated”;

Note: Input/Output page is deprecated for Active PoE devices.

And I can’t find any settings for I/O on my device, but it is listed as a Physical Interface on the web page?

I/O’s: 1 x Digital Input, 1 x Digital Output on 4-pin power connector

It was a nice-to-have feature rather than a deal-breaker, but surely it reduces the functionality of the BAT-120 if the router can’t receive the alarm signal that power has been removed and the battery is now being used?

As the Wiki states, the functionality is not available with Active PoE devices, so it won’t be an option in the WebUI, as well as the service within the device itself does not exist.

As there’s no Input/Output service available, Alarms from the BAT120 will not work with the device, however, you are still able to power it.
