RUT951 Modbus Alarm to E-mail

Hi,
I have issues with getting Modbus Alarm to E-mail to work. Running version RUT9M_R_00.07.13.4.
When switching from SMS action to E-mail nothing gets triggered and nothing is visible in the event log. It is just as if the trigger isn’t firing. As soon as I switch back to SMS it starts working. Using M365 with Connector and spf-setup but I can see no messages on ingress in M365 Message tracking so leaning towards the RUT not triggering the send alarm event properly.

Have you tested out the SMTP to your mail?

Does it work and have you added your user and clicked on the “Test” button to send out the email? Here is an example how to add a SMTP (only the first step in this case) SMS and Email alerts Triggered by BAT120 - Teltonika Networks Wiki

Once you have confirmed that the mail is being sent out, you can look into the issue further, as for me it seems like the issue is in the configuration of SMTP in this case.
