Dear all, we ha 2 RUT 951 configured like wifi extender (i follow this guide RUTOS relay / Wi-Fi extender / repeater / bridge configuration - Teltonika Networks Wiki) but i can’t manage the routers outside the local lan, for example from wan address. all router have last version installed. can you help me?

Could you kindly provide a simple topology diagram of your current/intended setup, including the IP addresses? It would also be helpful if you could clarify your main goal. Is it to reach and manage the bridged RUT951 devices from the WAN side?
If your intention is primarily to extend a wireless network rather than fully bridge it, a wireless mesh setup might actually be a better fit for this use case. You can find a detailed configuration guide for that here:

ok in attach the network diagram. i don’t know if in mash mode the devices connected on lan interface are visible or not. for us is important that all traffic on each subnet are trasparent. before configure relay service i can manage the router from WAN without problem, but when i enable it
all connection are closed.. i don’t understand why…

Thank you for the update and sharing the topology.
Could you please try editing the firewall WAN zone (Network → Firewall → Zones) to allow forwarding to LAN and add a traffic rule (Network → Firewall → Traffic Rules) from WAN to Device (Input) as shown in the following screenshots:

If the router is still unreachable from the WAN after this change, kindly provide screenshots from the firewall zones and traffic rules pages.
