Could you please confirm the following:
- Is the SIM card inserted properly, and does it show any visible signs of damage?
- Are the antennas properly connected, with no loose connections?
- Does restarting the mobile connection from the same page resolve the issue, even temporarily?
If the issue persists, could you provide the logs from System → Maintenance → Events Log when the problem occurs? This will help to investigate further.
