My RUT 950 is showing a flashing red and green light, I am unable to access it. The WiFi comes up as _0002?
I’ve tried firmware update and still no change.

Our apologies for the late response.
The flashing LED sequence of red and green indicates that the device does not see the SIM card or that the PIN code is entered incorrectly.

In this case, if you are still experiencing the issue, please try/check the following:
The SIM card is inserted correctly;
Try inserting the card into the other SIM slot;
Check if you have entered the correct PIN code inside the device WebUI settings (Network → Mobile → General)
Don’t forget to click “Save & Apply”;
Check if you received any instructions from your network provider on the APN settings you should be using (The option can be found on the same page as directed above);

Thank you for your response.
In this case, please connect the router to your PC and run “Command Prompt”. Inside, please type in ipconfig and check the Ethernet interface you are using for a default gateway.
If it is not 192.168.1.1, it has been changed, and you need to access the router via the one currently displayed in the interface.
If there is no gateway, and your IPV4 address shows up as 169.254.xx.xx, it is possible that the DHCP server was disabled on the router.
In this case, please factory reset the device and try the steps from the top again.
If the result is the same, please perform the bootloader menu mentioned previously.
