RUT950 RMS Showing offline

I have an RUT950 showing offline on RMS. It is up because the intercom it serves is online.
I have tried the SMS commands but no difference.

  1. In RMS, please select your RUT955 and navigate to Device → Manage Services. Confirm that services are enabled and verify if the device has RMS credits for usage. If there is no credits, you should purchase them for monitoring your device.

  2. Please try to unregister and register again your device on RMS.

  3. Additionally, please try restarting the RMS service by logging into the router via CLI and executing the command /etc/init.d/rms_mqtt restart.
