RUT950 no tun Interface in OVPN Zone

Hi all,
i have a problem with a RUT 950 R_00.07.11.2.
I try to make a Portfroward from OVPN to LAN. If i change the sourcezone from WAN to OPENVPN i get an error.
I think the problem is that there is no interface in the zone. Normally there is the tun or tun01. What can i do?

Could you please provide me with more details so I can help you better?

  • Did you upgrade RutOS from another version and use Keep settings option? If yes from which version?
  • How did you configure OpenVPN?
  • Is OpenVPN tunnel Online when issue replicates? If not, does it also occur when the tunnel is active?

And the last part about the error. Can you please open Developer Tools in the browser while you are configuring the Port Forwarding (the default button is F12 for most browsers), go to the Network tab, change to Response, and check the Bulk response that shows after confirming the Source zone? It will contain the Error message that might help resolve the issue.
