Rut950 no cell phone band

hi there, we just made it across the ocean with our sail ship and our trusted router and uplink manager rut950.

now we cant get it to connect to the cellphone network here in the states… (us)

what am i doing wrong?

not an issue while in harbour, mostly we get cellphone coverage for the phones, but we would like to go off the satellite and use a visible unlimited data flat for 35$ a month. and we do have a nice LTE booster with the antenna up on the mast… works for the phones, but the rut950 doesn’t get any signal?

if i change to second sim no change…

both cell modems dead at same time? i think that’s unlikely.

and ive got a spare 950, with same problem.

so something else must have changed or what am I missing here?
