From your description, it seems like the issue is hardware-related. Assuming that the device is still under warranty, I would suggest contacting your designated sales manager or the reseller from whom you have purchased the device to initiate the RMA procedure.

Hello Marijus, Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the device’s warranty has expired. When I try to perform operations from the CLI, the codes do not work. I guess there is a problem in the ROM.
