RUT950 IOT SIM card support

Hello,

I am using two routers of your brand, the RUT240 and RUT950. I am using an IoT SIM card which works on the RUT240, but it is not supported on the RUT950. Please suggest a solution or any necessary configuration.

Hi,

Both devices should work with the same mobile card if they have the same firmware version and are for the same region.

Please check that the RUT950 is set for the correct region. If it is, make sure its firmware is updated.
