The SIM card is not recognised.
Factory reset and downgrade to older firmware does not change anything.

Hello,
ok. We do not know the reseller.
Is this error within the RMA or must the device still be under warranty?

Hello,
To proceed with an RMA, the device must be under warranty. After checking, I found that unfortunately, your device’s warranty expired on 2024-03-21.
Additionally, please avoid sharing sensitive information such as the device serial number on public forums, as it may pose a security risk.
Best regards,
Ok, so the device is now electronic waste.
