I am not a big specialist of router but my rut950 global is causing problem with a SIM card from MTC Namibia. That SIM card works perfectly in my iPhone but on the router I got got on modem info data connection disconnected , state (registered home) and the light on the router stays orange red. See the picture below

Thank you for getting in touch. Please make sure to update your device’s firmware. The latest version is RUT9_R_00.07.05.4, while you currently have the older version, Firmware RUT9_R_00.07.01.6. You can find the firmware update at this link: RUT950 Firmware Downloads - Teltonika Networks Wiki
