RUT950 firmware update

Unable to update firmware on RUT950 and subsequently unable to add to RMS portal

What firmware do you have? What firmware are you upgrading to? What’s your product code?

Check if it doesn’t contain G1:

As for adding to RMS, you need to have internet + credits/management packs. If that still doesn’t work, check with your internet provider whether the RMS IPs/Ports aren’t blocked: What IP addresses and ports are used by RMS? - Teltonika Networks Wiki
