Afterwards, you just follow the bootloader process and attempt to install the correct firmware. If the LAN ports don’t work during the bootloader state, then unfortunately, there’s not much we can do besides offering to return the device to the original seller, or purchasing a new device altogether.

From what I saw, your order code should allow you to install the firmware version 7.06.19 - please try that and let us know how it goes.
If the bootloader menu has failed once again, I would strongly recommend contacting either your sales manager if you’re a direct client of Teltonika, or your distributor/shop from whom you’ve purchased the device & ask for an RMA if the warranty is still valid.
