Hello, we’ve actually around 250 routers installed on site and we are facing issues regarding the connectivity. a bunch of routers are randomly stopping working and once we go on site we have this error.
have you seen this before ?

Could you please confirm what firmware version is currently in use with your devices? This issue has been resolved with the firmware version 7.6.1 & was related with NTP. Could you tell me the use case and what kind of configurations you have on these devices?
Could you also please attempt to upgrade the firmware to see if the issue recurs? Here’s the download page:
