To clarify, the digital open collector (OC) output does not provide any voltage or current on its own. It only closes the circuit and can support up to 30 VDC, 300 mA. This means that an additional external power source is required in order to drive a load.
Could you please clarify your setup more thoroughly?
For reference, I also tried the second wiring configuration - the only difference being that in this version, I do see a “High level” on the Input pin (screenshot from the Teltonika WebUI attached).
Thank you for sharing the pictures of your wiring diagram showing how the “Load” is connected to the device. After reviewing them, I can see there are some incorrect connections.
Instead of wiring it that way, please connect your load between the positive terminal of the power supply and the router’s digital output pin on the power connector.
For better understanding: you can think of the router’s digital output as an electronic switch, which closes the circuit towards ground (the negative terminal of the power supply).
