Hi,
i use DynDNS (no-ip.com) on several RUT901 Devices.
On the last one - with the latest firmware Dynamic DNS works the wrong way.
I am sure that the settings are correct but DDNS does not push the Public IP to the Dyn Service, it pulls the IP that is currently used in the dyn Service portal.
If I change the IP online in No-IP - the router pulls the IP from there.
If I reboot the RUT901 and it gets an new IP - nothing happens - the IP does not get pushed to NO-IP.
Settings are:
Enabled: yes
HTTP secure: yes
DDNS ipV6: no
Lookup hostname: MyDNSDomain
DDNS Service Provider: no-ip.com
Domain: MyDNSDomain
DNS Server: blank
My no-ip User
My no-ip PW
IP address source: custom
Network: mob1s1a1 (It doesn´t work with the Public setting too)
Check int.: 10 Min
Force int: 10 h
If there is a Teltonika Technician out there - Please help me.
I need the Router right now for a customer.
Here the issue in Screenshots.
(I tested everything on an other Router (RUTM11) and it worked.
On this device:
I would try creating a new DDNS entry with the following changes:
IP source: Public
Check and Force Intervals: 5 mins and 5hrs
HTTP Secure: Disabled
Also give the router a reboot to reload the DDNS service if possible.
Hello amadgwick,
did that all multiple times.
I resetted the Router twice and tested different settings.
I tested:
Different IP Sources;
Different no-ip authentications (Mail + pw / individual key + pw)
Different Refresh Intervalls.
I´ll test the HTTP Secure setting too, but I have to install another router, cause I already delivered the other one (changed the type to RUTM11) to our customer.
