RUT901 Device connection problems

I am trying to connect a RUT901 to RMS. It was initially connected for a test a few months ago so there is no packages available but there is still 5gb company data available. Why does the RUT not come online?

To use RMS Data, the device you wish to apply data to must have an active credit or management package.
