RUT 360, factory defaulted.
WAN DHCP, LAN1 170.76.16.1/24 with DHCP, UP, VLAN11 created, new interface VLAN11 10.23.1.1/24, UP, interface br-lan and/or VLAN11.
Connected devices with TAG 11 cannot see the 10.23.1.1.
Firewall has both LAN and VLAN11.
Different than the RUT11 which works, but has a separate Ethernet port assigned to VLAN11. Ideas?

Topology is not clear to me but it seems you’re having issues within the Tag-Based VLAN’s.
Are you being able to ping other devices that is connected to RUT360?
Please also confirm if firewall settings are all ok for the connected devices and also for the router.
In VLAN interfaces settings, under Physical Settings assign corresponding physical interface to VLAN11. Please also make sure DHCP server is enabled for the interface.
