Actually I’m using firmware [RUT36X_R_00.07.06.3] on RUT360.
Since a few firmware versions before the reply I get from a USSD request is incomplete. I hope with every new firmware version it might be resolved again.

Could you please clarify whether you’ve been receiving incomplete USSD messages only on the newest version or on other versions as well? What was the last firmware version on which you got full messages? Are you using the same USSD codes? It’s possible that the response you’re getting is now longer and limited by your carrier.

thanks for your reply. I had this problem at the beginning of use of RUT360 (about Sept 2022). With newer versions of the firmware the problem was solved and now since about four to five firmware versions it appeared again. If I have it correct in mind Firmware Version RUT36X_R_00.07.04.5 was the last one with complete presentation of the USSD response.
I once wanted to go back to this version (RUT36X_R_00.07.04.5), which was working, but I would have had to adjust again all the settings (That’s what the message said.) so I didn’t try.
The USSD codes are still the same and also the response by the carrier are unlikely to be longer.

Could you provide raw response from your device?
Instructions (use CLI):
- Disable these services:
- /etc/init.d/gsmd stop
- /etc/init.d/modem_trackd stop
- Connect to modem serial AT command console microcom /dev/ttyUSB2
- Execute AT command AT+CUSD=1,“<USSD_CODE>”,15
- Wait for response
- Copy the response and send to us.
