Rut300 firmware 7.13.1 missing

7.13 was removed but 7.13.1 is still not available for rut300

Unfortunately, firmware version 7.13.1 is not available for the RUT300 device. The latest available version is 7.12.3.

Once I have any information on when a newer firmware version will be available for the RUT300, I will let you know.
