I am experiencing an issue with a RUT241 running firmware RUT2M_R_00.07.22.4.
I followed the official Teltonika procedure, but I am still unable to get the VPN Hub working with RMS.
Creating the HUB works without any issues: I add a USER, a DEVICE, set up a route to the 192.168.1.1/24 network (for testing), and finally I enable LAN Forwarding.
I then reboot the hub and connect using the Teltonika VPN client.
On the router side, in FIREWALL → ZONES, I enable masquerading, then edit the RMS > LAN rule. At this point, the “Covered Network” field is empty.
From my client side, the LAN gateway is not reachable, nor are any devices on the LAN.
If anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate it.
