After many attempts with different firmwares I’ve manage to reach RutOS via an UNKNOW wireless connection which seem to be the only way in. Now with FW RUT2M_R_00.07.08.2 I can access RutOS, but no ports are found and nothing can be configured really.
Internal modem can not be found.
Eth ports can’t be found.
WAN can’t be found.
Serial number is missing in RutOS.
Can’t access device through RMS.
What can I do?
Reset your box one more time using the reset button.
If this doesn’t help, use the Bootloader method.

Your device has lost its manufacturing information. In my opinion, this is likely due to an old firmware bug, where in rare conditions, this information gets erased. The new RutOS 7.X firmware requires this information to operate normally. Only a technical support engineer can restore your device remotely.

So the bug can’t be “undone” in other words, except from Teltonika themselves?

I have just had the same problem.
After a lot of dropouts, I decided to factory reset.
Now I see the UNKNOW0000 ap, but cannot log in.
Then please open a separate topic for that.
