Hello.
I will try to describe my situation as best I can.
I have a Teltonika RUT241, on which I managed to load two eSIM cards with different operators. One from T-Mobile and the other from O2.
The goal of my game is to be able to remotely switch between these eSIM cards.
The problem I am having is that when I switch the eSIM in the following way:
Network → Mobile → General → SIM2(eSIM1) → Default SIM ON/OFF
then after clicking on the ON option, my connection is broken. When I do the same way via an Ethernet cable connection, after clicking on Default SIM ON, the option Make Active appears there.
After selecting this option, the eSIM is switched. But not as I expected. And here I encounter the second problem.
What happens is that after selecting Default SIM ON, my second eSIM remains active, but the Default SIM option is OFF. Also, when I select Make Active, no change occurs.
Sometimes it happens that my APN switches between them. Even my PIN is changed from eSIM2 to eSIM1.
I’ll try to describe this one also.
In the eSIM Profiles section, I have two mentioned profiles with the option Enable. After selecting Enable, the button turned green and changed to Enabled. I thought that this switched between eSIMs. But the eSIM was not active.
I don’t understand why if I have one eSIM profile Enabled, but it is not active, and the other is not Enabled and it is active.
So far I haven’t been able to find any way to solve my problem. So if anyone has experienced something similar, or at least knows how to solve it. I would be very grateful for your advice. Thank you and I apologize for the complicated description of the problem, we tried our best.
Have a nice day and good luck.
