RUT241 Setup OpenVPN from NordVPN filed

Hello together

Today I got my RUT241 Device and try to setup the VPN on it.

I have read a lot of Howto’s but nothing works. I subscribe NordVPN and download a Openvpn Config File. I import it to Services → VPN → OpenVPN but nothing helps, it keeps Disconnected.

I can’t put anywhere the service credentials from NordVPN, when I click on upload config file.

these are the Logs lines:

I have found a way to put in the credentials, but now i have these entrys:

4933 Fri Sep 19 15:12:10 2025 daemon.err openvpn(inst1)[27618]: read TCPv4_CLIENT : Host is unreachable (fd=5,code=148)

i have tryed a lot of Remote IP’s, but nothing works. Is there a configuration that I have missed?

„Edit“ the profile from nordvpn

Try the options badage like „security configuration“

Click and you will find a username and password field

Add nordvpn given credentials and

Save that and open latching button in interface

Do not edit the ovpn file

Just upload and edit the options in rut ui
