RUT241 Recipient Email not work

Hi, I am configuring the Email user in the Teltonika RUT241 [FW: RUT2M_R_00.07.12 ] but it fails to send the email.

My goal is to email the sms, I configured in the section
System->Administration->Recipients->Email Users instance but when I try to send a test email it fails to send.
I use SMTPS from aruba with domain, this is the configuration:

  • Secure connection: on
  • SMTP server: smtps.aruba.it
  • SMTP port: 465
  • Credentials: on
  • Username: email@dominio.it
  • Password: password
  • Sender’s email: email@dominio.it
  • Do not verify authentication: on

Can you guys help me?

Could you try selecting port 587 instead of 465 if you haven’t tested it yet?
