RUT241 not activated and not connecting to RMS

Hi,

I am trying to add a new device (Second) to RMS. It shows that the devices have been added successfully but when I check RMS, the device is showing as not activated. On the device webUI, it says ‘‘Failure (Failed to resolve hostname)’’.

I ping 8.8.8.8 from the router and it was a success, I also tried CLI and it displayed the message in the screenshot.

Please what am I missing? any help will be appreciated

Thank you for reaching out.

I suggest trying to press the “Connect” button in Services → Cloud Solutions → RMS on the device’s WebUI if you haven’t done so already. Also, please check if you’re using a private APN or receiving an IPv6 address from your ISP, as these could affect the connection.
