RUT241 no VLan tagging on port

Dear comunity

I am quite new to teltonika routers. We bought a RUT241 and a RUTC50 for different mobile setups.
I tried to configure both routers the same way, but I am struggeling when configuring VLan Setup on the RUT241.
Might it be possible, that the RUT241 does not support vlan tagging on the Lan Port at all?

When I try to set a new vlan to tagged I receive an error message.

The RUT241 supports VLAN, so there should be no issues configuring it.

Could you please provide more details about when you encounter the error? If possible, could you share screenshots of your configurations and the error message you’re receiving?
