I work for a company that provides cash out facilitates that use RUT241 LTE 4G Routers
Since late last year they’ve had constant network drop outs while processing transactions.
The modems are currently set for WAN as Primary (to use their network) and 4G/mobile signal as the back up.
I’ve been in contact with the venues IT / network department to try and resolve these issues, but I need further help to try and understand what the problem is.
I’ve downloaded the event logs and wanted to see if anyone could assist me?
As I’m a new user it won’t allow me to attach the log file
I have the log file, but can’t upload it. I did grab this from this morning. Not sure if this helps in anyway?
