RUT241 internet access via wifi

Hello,
I am struggling to make working a basic configuration with my RUT241.
At the present time, I just wish to be able to access internet with any device connected to the wifi access point (SSID RUT241_0A40) set on the RUT241.
The RUT241 is equipped with a SIM card (dedicated to data), and everything looks fine (e.g., the mobile status). When my laptop is connected to RUT241_0A40, I can connect to the administration site (192.168.1.1), and also at least to another device configured as a client. Conclusion: no problem to connect to local addresses.
However, the access point does not provide internet. Most parameters are set with the default. I am probably missing something so that internet data exchanged via the SIM card are not seen through the router access point. I tested without successh 2 different SIM cards (which both work fine to access internet when inserted in android devices).
I made a pdf with screen shots of most of the status windows, but I am not sure it can be included here. Your help would be very appreciated. Thanks.
