The password on the rut241 will not work. I tried the factory reset and still no luck?
Is there something else i can do?

- Have you tried using the admin01?
- What message appears after attempting to insert the right password?
- Is the label with the default password being scratched/unreadable?
- Can you SSH to the device with the default password?
