continued at RUT241 can not add an esim: download failed 2

Please one question: With the current firmware, the connection is very efficient. Would it be possible to upgrade to the previous version?
Will the Free eSIMs remain on the device and functional?
Will there be more stability?

Hello,

Are you referring to updating from a beta firmware to the latest globally available version? If so, you can update to 7.13.1 RutOS firmware by downloading it here: RUT241 Firmware Downloads.

However, please note that the eSIM issue will return, as the fix for this problem will only be available in the 7.14 firmware.

We do indeed have a RutOS beta, higher than 7.13.1, which has enabled us to insert Free.fr esim. Previously it was not possible to download these esim.
What form will the esim problem take if we go back to 7.13.1?
Free eSIMs already downloaded:

  • will they just stop working?
  • will they disappear with the update?
  • Or will they remain civil servants, with a more stable firmware?

If you downgrade to a lower firmware version, all settings will be erased. This means that any downloaded eSIM profiles will also be removed.
