RUT241 eSIM - Failed to download profile

Hi All,

I have an issue downloading Swisscom eSIM profile. I have followed steps as in your wiki to make the eSIM default etc. I have also an active internet connection on my RUT241 via hotspot on my mobile and tested with ping in diagnostics. It says “profile download started…” and after a while I get an error: “Failed to download profile, profile installation failed due to authentication error.” Would you please support me to resolve that issue?

Hello,

Double check if correct activation code is entered and if confirmation code is not needed because from error message it seems that connection with server established but can’t download profile because some data is incorrect or missing.
