I have tried rebooting, and tried factory reset but it does not connect. I can connect to it via lan or wireless.
Says Signal strength good (I have external antenna), 4g connection, connected, RMS status is stuck on ‘connecting’. How can I change this?

All sorted thanks. My provider had put my account on hold as they couldn’t take payment for some reason. Wish they had told me!
