RUT241 connects to 4g but I cannot access internet

I have tried rebooting, and tried factory reset but it does not connect. I can connect to it via lan or wireless.
Says Signal strength good (I have external antenna), 4g connection, connected, RMS status is stuck on ‘connecting’. How can I change this?
I have taken screenshots.

Hello, check you APN, you can try to set it manually which should be correct for your operator.

Have you tried using the same SIM card on other devices, such as a mobile phone, to see if it works there? Additionally, please double-check if you are using the correct APN for your service provider as mentioned earlier.

All sorted thanks. My provider had put my account on hold as they couldn’t take payment for some reason. Wish they had told me!
