Here is a brief summary of our remote session. We successfully added the device to RMS. The initial issue was related to the SIM card using an IPv6 address; after switching it to IPv4, the device was able to connect to the RMS system.

Additionally, we configured the WAN port to function as a LAN port and created a test RMS VPN hub. At this time, the reported issues appear to be resolved, therefore I will proceed with closing this ticket.
