RUT241 connecting to my ePC onto default APN

Good morning Everyone,

I have a RUT241, we are connected to our 4G private network operator (99999), however, the router is connecting to the default APN of the ePC (172.17…….) despite the fact that i attributed a specific group and IP address (192.168.10.xxx) onto the ePC side. The IP (192.168.10.xxx) address is obviously pointing to the APN I want to connect to.

The APN has also been mentionned into Network –> Mobile –> General.

(it worked with the following configuration, but since we restarted the router, impossible to get it back into the right APN and with the right IP address.

Is it an issue because our network has the number 99999?

Is there a configuration we missed?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Best regards,

Flavy

IP address obtained:

172.17.28.83/32

IP address fixed onto ePC: 192.168.10.23 and APN cctv:

Greetings, @Flavy ,

Welcome to Teltonika Community!

Could you please share the firmware version of the device that you are using?

Additionally, I can see that the APN is set to custom APN without any authentication. Does your APN has any authentication such as login / password?

I look forward to your reply.

Best wishes.
V.

Good Morning Vilius,

Thank you for your reply,

We are using the last published on website, Teltonika version: RUT2M_R_00.007.20.3

Regarding the APN, you are right, we are using a customed APN, but there is no login/password on this one:

Configuration of the user (RUT241) :

Thanks in advance,

Good morning Everyone,

In + of the reply posted yesterday.

I want to add that the configuration was working, however, we had to wait, 2hrs each time after a reboot that the router reconnects to the ePC

Greetings,

I hope this message finds you well,

Could you please clarify if you still require additional assistance?

Best regards,
V.

Good Afternoon Vilius,

Yes, we still need assistance.

Best regards,

Flavy
