Hi, i set up 2 RUT241 and i have acces to internet. But when i try to connect to RMS i got REFUSED and on RMS page this issue : The device is redirected to the authentication system. code 20.

To better understand and assist with the issue you’re facing, could you please provide screenshots of the status messages you see both in RMS and the WebUI (navigate to Services → Cloud Solutions) when trying to add the device?
Additionally, I would recommend trying a factory reset of the device and then repeating the process of adding it to RMS.
