We have 16 out of 18 RUT241 down and according to SIM card carrier response, the APN list is a fixed database that the routers use to select an APN based on the MCC/MNC of the IMSI being used. It will iterate down the list of publicly known APNs for that operator. This is not an automated network APN discovery mechanism. If you set APN to auto and the database in the device firmware is not accurate, we will run into a lot of issues.

Other option would be go to ‘WAN’ page select mobile interface and enter custom APN according to your operator.

I’m asking our technician to do the test and leave it on for a few days to see if it will get disconnected.
We switch off Auto APN to this apn: ksx.sphere.data and the internet connection always just stay for 5 mins and it’s gone and need to reboot again. We test for many times. It’s still the same. It’s KDDI Sim card.
