I am trying to setup an alert when the power plug input pin (pin3) changes state. I’ve setup two alerts, one for high state, one for low. When applying 12v to pin3 to take it high or when removing the voltage, I am not seeing any alerts being recognized under RMS. I am able to see the state change in the routers WebUI. The router is on FW RUT2M_R_00.07.05.4.
Anybody have any thoughts?

May I know which parameter did you choose for the trigger? As you are using the digital input on the power socket, the same pin should be chosen as parameter.
Then, make sure that the device is added on the Alert Template.

From what I can see, all needed information are set. Also, can you check if I/O Monitoring is enabled. You can verify by selecting the required device → Services → Set Monitoring Period → Enable I/O Monitoring.
