RUT240 Unknown ESM reject cause

I wasnt using my Router for a while. But now that i tried it it wont connect to any Network.

I did a Factory reset, updated Router Firmware and Modem Firmware.
Firmware version: RUT2_R_00.07.06.11
Internal modem firmware version: EC25EUGAR06A07M4G_01.001.01.001

In the Logs “logread” I can see the error: URC Event: ESM reject cause => Unknown ESM reject cause

I did quite a lot of reseaching and couldn’t find anyone with the same error Message.

I tried a Telekom Simcard, and O2 Simcard (Germany)

One thing I noticed with my O2 Simcard was that o2 requires MCC as 262 and MNC as 07

Under Status >> Network >> Mobile >> Cellinfo the Mobile Country Code is 262 but the Mobile Network Code is 01
I’m not that much into networks to know if this is an issue. The Router interfaces gives me no option to set them manually.

Hope someone can lead me on the right track on what could cause this Problem

Thanks
