RUT240 Unknow_000

I’m hoping I can reach someone from Teltonika support to restore the manufacturing information in my RUT240.

I have the same issue as this post here

After a factory reset (forgot the admin password) the unit came back broadcasting UNKNOW_000 as the SSID.

It eventually turned up. I’ve filled in the form and submitted it.
