RUT240 SIP Issues

Hi Team,
Having issues with SIP on RUT240.
I have tried everything I have found on the community pages, conntrack, removal of nathelper packages etc, but still getting the following errors from SIP ALG checker:

Hello,

Are you experiencing any issues with the VoIP services, or is the issue present only with the checker?
Some of these utilities are known to provide false-positives and the actual communication should be tested with VoIP devices.
If there is an issue, make sure you update to the latest firmware, then navigate to Network → WAN → edit the mob1s1a1 interface and in the Advanced settings, change the Override MTU option to 1420, then if needed, to 1350.
