RUT240, RMS, PLC, Issues Connecting

Hey Guys, I followed a video you posted Video but still no luck connecting to my PLC. I’v fiddled around but cant get it to work maybe its just something silly.

Using Open VPN I can connect to the RMS eg it show’s connected.
But I cant connect to the PLC (Allen Bradly L35E)
Its also not visible in RsLinx

Her is some info
OpenVPN Connect
Your Private IP:192.168.255.10
Using Ipconfig I can see the Subnet Mask on this is
255.255.255.252.
To me this sounds incorrect and may be why I can connect to my PLC

IP address of PLC I’m trying to connect to
IP:192.168.1.190
Subnet: 255.255.255.0

Regarding your query,

Since I am not aware of the config of an Allen Bradley PLC, in the video is there any step that you were not able to follow or replicate due to the change in th e vendors of PLC, such as the step where they configure the Default Gateway ,

Would it be possible to configure Locally in the RSlinx program to make sure the PLC would reach the routers LAN IP as its gate way.

Please revert to us in case the issue persists
