RUT240 printed WiFi does not match default WiFi after reset

Hi - I have a RUT240 that required a factory reset after a year of successful operation. Now, the default WiFi broadcast does not match the WiFi SSID printed on the back of the router.

The router was initially configured by ethernet so this was never checked before. The router is now installed in an electronic housing and LAN port is not accessible without a lot of disassembly work. Batch number is 095. Firmware upgraded to 7.03.1 during initial setup.

I have a photo of the back of the router prior to integration in electronic enclosure. The printed WiFi SSID and new default broadcast SSID do not match. We tried the printed WiFi password but that does not work.

Has this ever happened before? What are next steps to get WiFi connected so we can run through admin setup?
Thanks.

Hello,

We retain device login data for a maximum of 3 months after purchase. In this case, I recommend verifying if the photos correspond to the correct RUT240 unit, especially if you have multiple units that might have been mixed up. Alternatively, accessing the device via LAN will be necessary. I can also investigate the situation further if you provide the serial number. Due to privacy concerns, please refer to the instructions sent to the email you registered for this forum for handling this matter on a separate platform.

Best regards,
