RUT240 not being able to connect to RMS (MAC Address Error)

I am having trouble with the connection of a device to the RMS.
When I try to enable this connection manually, this promt rejecting the MAC address is appearing, giving me no chance to add this device or register this device to my RMS account

As well, I checked on the device UI connected to my computer to check about RMS, but it says is not registered.
As well the prompt before says that I need to conttact support
