Rut240 No ping after upgrade firmware

I’m having problems after updating RUT240 to the latest firmware RUT2_R_00.07.06.17_WEBUI.bin.
After completing the update there is no ping to 192.168.1.1, so I can’t access it via SSH software either. The factory reset by button doesn’t work either since I try countless times and can’t get ping from the router. My laptop’s network card is on the same subnet with the IP 192.168.1.7.

Any suggestions to recover the router?

Hello,

Could you please specify what you mean by “reset button is not working”? When you press and hold the reset button, could you kindly describe how the device LEDs react? For example, do they show no reaction, blink, or remain continuously lit?
