I want to monitoring the RSSI value of a RUT240 using modbus TCP communication.
Unfortunately, failures appears randomly when i poll the RUT240 (fw RUT_2_R_00.07.06.8). :
What could be the problem ?
I try with the TRB255, no problem at all

Apologies for the delayed response. Based on your description, it seems that you didn’t encounter such issues with your RUT240 on older firmware versions before RUT_2_R_00.07.06.8. It’s possible that the problem arose with the 7.06.08 firmware.
Due to several issues with the 07.06.08 firmware, we removed it from production. Now, the newest available version is 07.06.10. I recommend upgrading your RUT240 to the RUT2_R_00.07.06.10 firmware version and verifying if the issue persists.
