RUT240 kicks clients randomly

Hi everybody,
we have over 70 RUT240 in the field. Some of them kick their wifi clients randomly with the deauth inactivity timer, after that clients are unable to reconnect. Sometimes a wifi restart helps, most reliably is a router reboot.
Per default the inactivity timer set to 300 seconds. We have multiple network operations in this timeframe which cause traffic to those clients: Custom ping via http request from client to client(TCP), network ping via fping(ICMP). Also the clients keep an active MQTT connection via TCP to the cloud.

For some time we ran the RUT2_R_00.07.04.2 firmware on our routers now we updated to RUT2_R_00.07.06.3 which seemed to have made the problem worse. Increasing the deauth timer to 600 seconds didnt help either.

This behaviour only occurs on some specific routers but with no pattern like time, hardware/software version etc. Sometimes multiple times a day, sometimes running 2 days straight. Its not global but pretty annoying for these specific customers.

Do you have any pointers what can cause this issue?
Any help or hints are appreciated

Kind regards
Dennis
