Hello,
Could you confirm if you’ve already tried factory resetting the device and restarting the RMS service using the command:
/etc/init.d/rms_mqtt restart
, as suggested in the previous topic?
Additionally, please ensure that when adding the device to RMS, you select the RUT device type and double-check that there are no typos in the S/N and MAC address fields. It’s also worth confirming that the device isn’t already added to your company.
If the issue persists, I’ve sent you a form to fill out – please use “9834” as the ticket ID. Once submitted, we’ll contact you privately to troubleshoot this issue further.
Best regards,
Factory Reset is unfortunately not an option, since it requires to send a technician on site. I’ll try to restart RMS remotely via
/etc/init.d/rms_mqtt restart
If that does not work, I'll file the the form
